Diamond Exchange & Buyback: Diamonds in jewelry sets can be exchanged at 100% value. after one year, or customers can opt for an 80% cash back at any time. (OR - …value at anytime.)

Diamond Jewelry Exchange: Diamond jewelry can only be exchanged for another diamond jewelry purchase.

Diamond Polki Jewelry: Diamond Polki jewelry will be exchanged at 70% of its value, exclusively for another Diamond Polki jewelry piece.

Solitaires: Returns or exchanges for solitaire diamonds will be processed based on the current market value.

Gold, Platinum, and Palladium: The purchase of gold, platinum, and palladium will be calculated based on the net weight at the prevailing market rate, with deductions for any additional charges or stones.

Condition for Exchange/Buyback: Jewelry must be in its original, unaltered condition for exchange or buyback. Damaged or altered items, including diamonds and gemstones, will not be eligible.

Customized Orders: Customized jewelry, diamonds, and stones ordered specifically for a customer are not eligible for exchange or return. The company reserves the right to refuse the purchase of such items after evaluation.

Verification & Valuation: The process of verifying and valuing jewelry for exchange or buyback may take up to 3 business days.

Required Documentation: The original invoice and certificate must be presented for any exchange or return.

Order Delivery & Claims: Orders or claims on advance payments must be fulfilled within 90 days. The company will not be held liable for any claims after this period.

Cancellation Policy: Orders, once placed, cannot be canceled, refunded, or exchanged.

Taxes: All applicable government taxes will be included at the time of purchase confirmation.

Transaction Fees: Any transaction fees, including credit card charges, will be deducted in case of buyback. The exchange/buyback value will be net of VAT/taxes paid earlier. If the customer has opted for a Tourist VAT refund when leaving Pakistan, only the net value will be considered.

Company’s Discretion: The company reserves the right to evaluate and reject any product for exchange or buyback.

Online Orders: Online orders will be dispatched after full payment is received during business days.

Payment & Delivery Confirmation: Payment and delivery confirmations will not be processed on weekends or public holidays.

Policy Updates: The company reserves the right to update these terms without prior notice.
